You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us that you wish to cancel your contract and return your purchase.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at kashvi.shop@gmail.com for instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of our standard outbound delivery. The refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
